Coming up with a post title is sometimes the real struggle.Another struggle is photographing a particular outfit, and the pictures not turning out how you expect, or how you’ve pictured it in your mind.
I photographed this outfit two times before I was finally OK with the pictures, just decided to let you know sometimes its not all fun and games and that in real life nothing is really perfect.
If you are a blogger what are some of your own blogger struggles? Let’s talk.
Fortunately a ruched dress is a near perfect option to cover up the results of all those carbs , if you roll like me. Lol!
Its also a good option if you like body con dresses but you’re not entirely sure you have the body for it, this dress is the closest thing to a body con dress that I own.
I got it from Jumia…tried to look for a link to it but its out of stock now.
My shoes are from
My bag is Susen, I have a similar one in stock on koolkats.ng in lilac , I’m also carrying it in a different color here.
As usual I’d like to hear your thoughts on this outfit and how else it can possibly be worn, so I can steal ideas from you.lol!
We are in this together, you know?.
Thank you for your time.
The outfit and these pictures are absolutely lovely! I can so relate @ struggles. I really hate it when I imagine an outfit looking a certain way and it just turns out annoying after shooting. I usually take a whole lot of pictures so that I can at least find a couple of “bloggables”just in case I don’t like the turn out. Well done Tonye. That hair is fire!

I love the dress and the color is amazing. I personally won’t wear this because no curves to rock it. π’
Love the shoes and the bag too.

I completely agree with you, coming up with a topic is really stressful. Lol… Photographing also is a struggle, there are sometimes when I just delete a whole outfit pictures or when I’ve pictured a particular look in my mind and after taking the pictures, the look just look awful. But you look really nice Tonye.

Haha! I don’t take lots of outfit photos, but definitely annoying when I picture an outfit in my head and it doesn’t turn out the way I think!

Lool! I can relate to your struggles. I just recently started fashion blogging and its really not been easy. Location is one of my biggest challenges now but I’ll get a hang of it soon. And I love your dress! I shy away from bodycons too but I think I could wear a dress like this.
Ps; Your hair always inspires me though! Just so lovelyπ

I feel you! I take lots of photos and end only liking 1/4th of them. I make weird faces or sometimes I am too stiff. It take me a few minutes to get in the groove. Lovely photos by the way!
